STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Gavioly’s Truck Signs within 15 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of return receipt.
Shipping Info
Orders will be charged standard UPS ground or USPS ground service rates. We choose the carrier based on delivery location, package size, weight, and delivery type. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.
All our carriers have been experiencing delays since the beginning of the pandemic.
Deliveries may take more time than usual. Please plan and allow extra time for shipments to arrive.
Standard shipments do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. Standard deliveries occur on business days (Monday-Friday). Express shipments have an added surcharge to deliver on Saturday. If your order requested expedited freight service, the rate is enforced by the carrier, even if unforeseen incident, schedule delay, or weather impedes delivery.
In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours during the business week. Delivery is typically within 2-4 business days in the continental U.S.
