Once your design proof has been approved, the printing process begins immediately and cannot be halted, as we operate on a print-on-demand basis. Consequently, it is important to note that once this stage is reached, your order cannot be canceled. Shipping Info: Orders will be charged standard UPS ground or USPS ground service rates. We choose the carrier based on delivery location, package size, weight, and delivery type. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.
All our carriers have been experiencing delays since the beginning of the pandemic. Deliveries may take more time than usual. Please plan and allow extra time for shipments to arrive.
Standard shipments do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. Standard deliveries occur on business days (Monday-Friday). Express shipments have an added surcharge to deliver on Saturday. If your order requested expedited freight service, the rate is enforced by the carrier, even if unforeseen incident, schedule delay, or weather impedes delivery.
In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours during the business week. Delivery is typically within 2-4 business days in the continental U.S.
